I offer a free 15-minute telephone consultation where we can explore how we might work together and what your expectations are for therapy. Following this initial telephone consultation, if you are happy to proceed then we can book an initial counselling session. There is no obligation to continue the sessions after this initial session, since I understand how important it is to find the right therapist for you. If you decide to continue then we will agree a plan of working together that meets your needs.
